Kovtel exists because managing a business phone number shouldn't require a manual.
6+ years of hands‐on experience across the IT industry, spanning backend engineering, cloud infrastructure and business systems. Kovtel is built and maintained personally, end to end.
Every growing team eventually ends up with a Twilio account: a support line, an outbound sales number, a WhatsApp channel, or all three. And almost every team hits the same wall: the Twilio Console was built for developers, not for the person who just needs to know "did that message actually send?"
After years of building and supporting business systems, the pattern was always the same. Someone on the team would be handed a Twilio login, get lost in Messaging Services, TwiML Bins and webhook configuration, and eventually just stop looking at it. Real conversations with customers were happening inside a tool nobody on the team could actually use.
Kovtel is the fix: a single, clear dashboard that sits on top of your own Twilio account and turns the parts that matter, numbers, messages, calls, balance, into something anyone on the team can open and understand in under a minute.
Kovtel is built on Laravel and the official Twilio PHP SDK, talking directly to the real Twilio API using the credentials you provide. There is no middle layer reselling Twilio capacity and no black box: your Twilio account stays your Twilio account. Kovtel only reads, organizes and, where you explicitly configure it, automates.
Because Kovtel is run by one person, support isn't a ticket queue, it's a WhatsApp message. Whether it's a bug, a question, or a custom feature for your workflow, you'll hear back from the person who actually wrote the code.
Every Twilio workflow gets turned into a plain‐language choice, not a config file.
Credentials are AES‐256 encrypted at rest and never displayed once saved.
Message the founder directly on WhatsApp, no chatbots, no ticket queues.
